NCR Paper Sets Reliable, Efficient, and Professional
NCR (No Carbon Required) paper is a time-tested solution for generating receipts, delivery notes, invoices, and other essential business documents. Whether you’re a small business handling daily transactions or a larger organisation seeking a dependable backup to your digital systems, NCR paper sets offer the convenience and efficiency needed to keep your operations running smoothly.
Designed with usability in mind, each set is securely glued at the top for easy, fuss-free completion. Simply write on the top sheet, and the pressure-sensitive coating instantly creates clean, legible copies on the sheets below no messy carbon paper required. Ideal for use in the office, on the road, or during face-to-face meetings, these compact and portable sets ensure you’re always ready when documentation is needed.
Every NCR set is fully customisable with your logo, business name, and contact details, helping you maintain a professional image with every client interaction. We offer full-colour digital printing on the top sheet to make your brand stand out.
NCR paper sets are available in A4, A5, A6, and DL sizes. You can also choose to include black ink sequential numbering for easy tracking. For multi-part sets, the second, third, and fourth sheets are available in your choice of white, blue, yellow, pink, or green paper to easily differentiate between copies.
How It Works: NCR paper is coated with a pressure-sensitive chemical that transfers writing or printing from the top sheet to the sheets beneath. The top sheet can be printed on both sides, while the subsequent sheets are coated only on one side the side that receives the transfer. Printing on the reverse of these coated sheets is not recommended, as it may interfere with the duplication process and reduce the effectiveness of the product.
