Artwork & Printing
Required Format: For the sharpest, most precise print quality, we require your logo in a vectorized file format (such as EPS, Adobe Illustrator, or PDF – CMYK). JPEG and GIF files are not suitable as they are pixel-based.
Proofing: Artwork processing is included in the price, and you will receive a free PDF proof for your final approval before we begin production.
Color Matching
- Pantone Matching is possible, but it requires printing the color onto a white fabric using a digital printer, which can be expensive.
- The most cost-effective option is to select a color directly from our existing color range.
How to Fit the Tablecloth
- To secure the tablecloth, simply fold the fabric neatly along the sides.
- Then, use the adjustable table clips to secure the folds at the back corners of the table. Click here to buy Table clips
- Function: Intended to hold the tablecloth down, ensuring it stays anchored to the table.
- Material: Durable plastic.
- Table Thickness Fit: Accommodates tables between 22mm and 60mm. The clip has a flexible tolerance to bend and fit most standard tables.
- Weight: 22g.

Logo Printing Setup & Artwork Requirements
The cost of our printed tablecloths is all-inclusive. You won’t find any extra charges for logo setup, artwork processing, or a PDF proof—it’s all part of the price. If your logo needs a little work, we offer free advice. For more extensive logo development, we can help you out at a small hourly fee.
Artwork Submission: For the best print quality, please provide your logo as a scalable vector file (such as EPS, AI, or a vector PDF). Since pixel-based files like JPEGs and GIFs can reduce print quality, they may not be suitable.

Important Information Regarding Fabric Joins
We stock wide fabric rolls to minimize the need for seams. However, for some larger tablecloth sizes, the dimensions may exceed our widest fabric.
When Joins Are Necessary
While we strive to avoid joins, they may occasionally become unavoidable due to the size of the cloth or temporary stock unavailability. If this scenario occurs, we will contact you immediately.
Our Joining Method
Default Method: Our preferred method is the French-style join, which is chosen because it creates a minimal bulge, ensuring the smoothest possible finish.
Placement: By default, the join will be placed on the side of the tablecloth where it hangs with the drop.
Exceptions: In certain cases, the join may need to be placed in the middle of the tablecloth, and occasionally, more than one join may be required.

Important Notes on Printing & Custom Orders
- Color Discrepancies: Our printing method may cause the final fabric colors to differ, discolor, fade, or shift slightly from what is displayed on a computer screen.
- Custom Product Policy: Once the printing service is complete, this becomes a customized product and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Proof Option Recommended: If you are uncertain about how your logo will look, we strongly advise purchasing our low-cost proof service. This provides a print sample on the same fabric used for the tablecloths, ensuring you're happy with the final look.
- Logo Responsibility: We print the logo exactly as received. We do not make changes to your artwork. To avoid disappointment or unexpected color variations, please email us with any specific instructions or expectations for your logo, and we recommend ordering a print proof.
Product Specifications & Quality
- Fabric: All printed tablecloths are a high-quality, UK-woven cloth made from 220gsm Polyester fabric. It features a high-quality MJS weave that offers a cotton-feel and luxurious finish.
- Color Range: Available in 27 vibrant color options.
- Construction: Our printed tablecloths are fully hemmed or overlocked.
- Durability: We use the Spectra Plain brand, which maintains a great appearance even after repeated washing.
Sizing: We can customize any size required. We also offer standard sizes (as listed in our table) that are perfect for standard trestle tables at exhibitions, conferences, and trade show events. All cloths are cut with round corners to ensure they reach the floor evenly all around.
Custom-Made Items (Non-Returnable)
Since we do not keep stock of ready-made items and manufacture every product to customer specifications, items that have been customized are not returnable.
This includes all items where you have specified:
- Custom sizing (beyond standard trestle table sizes).
- Type of finishing.
- Shape of corners.
- Colour choice.
Stock Items (Returnable)
The only items eligible for return are our standard stock items, which include:
- Satin Band and Ivy Bordered tablecloths.
- Trestle Tables.
- Table Clips.
- Tassels and Towels.
Stock Item Return Requirements:
- You must return the items within 7 days of receipt, as per Distance Selling Regulations.
- Items must be unused and in resellable (new) condition.
- You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage. We recommend using a signed-for service to prevent loss or delays.
- You must notify us before sending any returns; unnotified returns may be rejected by our workshop.
Upon confirmation that the returned items meet the required condition, we will refund the value of the items. Please note that the original postage cost is not refundable.
- Do Not machine wash.
- Not suitable for dry cleaning.
- Do Not tumble dry.
Basic Equipment & Detergent Rules
- Washing Machine: Must have functioning water/temperature controls and cool-down programs. Equipment should be free of sharp edges that could damage the linen.
- Detergents: Do not use detergent that contains fabric softener. Avoid using softeners or bacterial agents in the wash as they reduce fabric absorbency.
- Bleach: Do not use chlorine bleach on coloured linen. Use only colour-safe oxygen-release bleaches (oxy bleaches).
- Dryer: Must have working temperature and cool-down controls. Clean lint screens daily.
General Washing Guidelines (100% Polyester)
- Pre-Wash New Linen: Always wash new linens before their first use to remove manufacturing residue that could set stains like blood or coffee.
- Preparation: Shake out all linen before loading to remove any debris or sharp objects.
- Separation: Wash polyester linen separately from 100% cotton or polycotton blends to prevent lint transfer. Similar colours/shades can be washed together afterwards.
- Wash Cycle: Use a synthetic wash cycle.
- Normal Soil: Maximum wash temperature is 50°C.
- Heavy Soil: Temperature can be increased to a maximum of 60°C.
- Prevent Thermal Shock: For hot washes (up to 60°C), cool down gradually by reducing the temperature in increments of 5°C or less until the load reaches 45°C. Rapid cooling can cause thermal shock.
- Loading: Load washers up to 80% of their rated capacity.
- Starching: If needed, use sours to help remove residual chemicals before starching. Only use natural starch; do not use V_A. starch.
Suggested Drying & Finishing
- Drying Load: Load dryers up to 50% of their capacity.
- Heat Setting: Set the heat cycle to achieve a fabric temperature of 80°C – 90°C (low setting).
- Cool-Down: Ensure the linen is fully dry before the cool-down cycle begins. Drying typically takes 10 to 20 minutes.
- Unloading: Unload all fabric immediately after the cycle is finished. Drape cloths over a trolley or table, and stack napkins flat.
- Best Results: Allow a 24-hour "shelf-time" after drying to improve the flat appearance. Ironing provides the best professional results.
